H.B. Fuller is hiring an Account Manager for Adhesive Coated Solutions to grow and retain market share while achieving profit sales targets. This role demands technical competence to independently manage product demonstrations and solve customer challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Communicate and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrate technical competence by independently managing demonstrations and solving technical problems.
  • Focus on growth opportunities, optimizing price and profitability.
  • Take accountability for delivering sales results.
  • Train and mentor entry-level or new sales team members.
  • Drive customer intimacy by tailoring H.B. Fuller’s value proposition to meet specific customer needs.
  • Promote, quantify, and expertly sell value to differentiate H.B. Fuller in the market.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while communicating forecasting needs.
  • Implement business pricing strategy, expertly deliver price increases, and ensure they are accepted.
  • Apply effective prospecting techniques, promptly connect with key contacts at new prospects, and assess their needs.
  • Utilize a broad understanding of markets and industry in customer conversations.
  • Optimize offers for the customer and H.B. Fuller by creatively applying supply chain knowledge.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of relevant sales experience, with related industry and B2B experience.
  • Demonstrated behaviors consistent with Sales Excellence training.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Nice to Have

  • A Bachelor’s or University Degree, preferably with a technical/mechanical, marketing, or chemistry background.
