Google is hiring an Account Manager to help businesses grow through our advertising solutions. You will build trusted relationships with customers, uncover their business needs, and translate them into powerful solutions to achieve their goals. In this role, you will develop your understanding of the advertising and gaming industry to protect and contribute to Google's business growth.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent customer service to Google's advertisers and identify and solve client challenges proactively and creatively.
- Develop tactical account plan and execution and be responsible for taking the client strategy and executing it.
- Develop stakeholder maps for clients and agencies, foster and develop key relationships.
- Drive and manage practitioner-level contacts for clients and agencies.
- Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting, how-to emails, new products and policy and fielding implementation questions.
- Educate and advocate for Google and our products when presenting to clients and agencies on new products, campaign results and performance.
- Learn Google's ongoing development of advertiser products and work with product teams to maximize marketing results and to drive clients business success.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Nice to Have
- 2 years of experience working in a complex organization.
- Experience in sales, business development, marketing, media, or the gaming and apps industry.
- Experience in relationship management and a track record of reaching and exceeding goals.
- Ability to quickly complete a large volume of high-quality work and detail-oriented while seeing a big picture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
