Ashfield MedComms is looking for an Account Manager to lead, manage, and proactively develop medical affairs accounts to meet client and group objectives. You will be responsible for overall client satisfaction, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Lead, manage, and proactively develop medical affairs accounts.
- Develop strong client relationships and manage staff resources for effective teamwork.
- Ensure overall client satisfaction and financial performance of assigned business areas.
- Deliver operational efficiency and facilitate sustained organic growth.
- Support senior leadership in the achievement of new business development targets.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5+ years of Healthcare Communications experience
- Clear understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
- Confident with creating budgets and project financial management
