About the Role

Zoetis is looking for an Account Manager to join our US Petcare Division. This field-based role is responsible for maximizing sales performance within an assigned territory in Milwaukee N, WI. You will focus on solution selling, strategic territory management, business planning, and building lasting customer relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Meet overall sales objectives and quotas for the territory and key growth products through demand generation.
  • Successfully launch new products and service offerings while generating new equipment leads.
  • Consistently demonstrate solution selling capabilities and build relevant technical and veterinary practice expertise.
  • Build effective relationships with and service all targeted veterinary hospitals and personnel to maintain and grow relevance.
  • Develop and execute a Territory Business Plan, effectively implementing Zoetis resources.
  • Meet field activity expectations, including sales call activity and investment in medical education programs.
  • Develop and execute a call-cycle plan at the account and veterinarian level that delivers on reach and frequency expectations.
  • Work professionally with all Zoetis Petcare colleagues, meeting expectations around integrity, work-ethic, and teamwork.

What We're Looking For

  • An undergraduate degree (BS/BA) is required.
  • 3-10 years of documented and successful consultative sales experience.
  • Animal Health experience and knowledge of small animal veterinary medicine.
  • Ability and willingness to travel and work some evenings as required.
  • The candidate must live within the assigned territory.

  • Total compensation range: $69,000-$133,860.
