About the Role

Darkroom is seeking an Account Lead, Marketplace to own the strategic relationship and growth trajectory for our brand clients. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, translating technical insights into clear client communications, and driving measurable results on platforms like Amazon. You will join a team dedicated to building the future of advertising.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the overarching brand strategy, including channel selection, product positioning, channel mix, pricing approach, and go-to-market planning.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketplaces to ensure catalog accuracy and product/pricing consistency across Amazon.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular, strategic communication; manage and deliver against the client agenda.
  • Lead sales forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment processes to meet revenue and operational targets.
  • Partner with the Advertising Manager to set and track ACOS/TACOS targets, ensuring advertising efficiency aligns with business objectives.
  • Present data-driven insights and performance updates in both verbal and written formats.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a brand management role with the Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central channels.
  • Must have 1–2 years client-facing experience, including communicating complex performance data to senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with digital assets, A+/EBC content, SEO, copywriting, and Parent/Child Variations.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics and the use of data for decision-making.
  • Experience building processes and reporting that allow your efforts to impact brands at scale.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with full professional fluency in English.
  • Ability to interpret technical data, translate findings into actionable insights, and communicate them clearly.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset focused on growing client business.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Walmart.com is a plus.

This is a global remote position open to candidates based in Mexico, Brazil, Portugal, Spain, or Pakistan.
