The Nielsen Company is hiring an Account Executive to manage client relationships by deeply understanding business needs and delivering tailored solutions. You'll be recognized for your deep expertise, solving complex problems and guiding project teams or functional processes.
What You'll Do
- Manage client accounts by understanding business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend best practices.
- Solve complex problems, taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions.
- Work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
- May lead functional teams or projects.
- For employees outside India and United States: Serve as a local internal subsidiary director to represent the entity in country in governance matters, with full support from corporate teams.
What We're Looking For
- 10-15 years of recognized expertise in a specific area.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized area and general knowledge of related areas.
- Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes or services.
- Lead others to solve complex problems; use analytical thinking, tools and judgement to identify innovative solutions.
- Communicate complex concepts; anticipate potential objections and influence others to adopt a different point of view.
- Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by department objectives.
