Responsibilities
- Achieve or surpass all individual performance and development targets within set deadlines.
- Generate new business opportunities by building professional and personal networks, actively seeking sales leads, and representing the organization at regional events.
- Develop relationships with potential clients through outbound phone calls and strengthen them with in-person meetings.
- Sell new full-season, partial-season, and group ticket packages to both corporate and individual buyers.
- Execute outbound sales using best practices in sales and service, including prospecting, networking, lead generation, and obtaining referrals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to the existing account base to maximize renewal rates.
- Identify new prospects and referral opportunities by working all home games at Landers Center and other selected sales and service events.
- Keep customer information and payment records current using Archtics and CRM systems.
- Actively engage in team member sales training and development programs.
- Contribute positively to the sales team culture by fostering good working relationships with all colleagues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
