As an Account Executive in Strategic Enterprise, you will lead high-impact sales initiatives by aligning advanced SaaS solutions with the core objectives of enterprise clients. Your focus will be on identifying critical IT performance challenges and guiding decision-makers toward transformative outcomes through observability, automation, and AI-driven operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use AI-enhanced research and data analytics to identify, prioritize, and engage high-potential accounts, improving outreach efficiency and pipeline velocity.
  • Develop trusted relationships with IT leaders and executives to understand strategic goals, operational pain points, and digital transformation priorities.
  • Deliver consultative, solution-focused presentations that connect AIOps, automated monitoring, and digital experience management to measurable business outcomes like cost savings and operational resilience.
  • Lead executive-level discussions that translate technical capabilities into strategic value, emphasizing efficiency, risk reduction, and scalability.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles by coordinating internal resources, applying MEDDPICC methodologies, and integrating AI tools to strengthen deal strategy and forecasting accuracy.
  • Expand footprint within existing accounts by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across a multi-product platform.
  • Enhance sales planning and personalization using AI-driven insights for tailored messaging, executive briefings, and opportunity qualification.
  • Maintain rigorous Salesforce hygiene, documenting stakeholder interactions, use cases, timelines, and risk factors to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue and pipeline generation targets through disciplined execution and strategic focus.

Technology & Tools

You'll work with Salesforce, AI-powered research platforms, automation tools, and data intelligence systems to refine targeting, improve engagement, and drive deal progression. Proficiency with MEDDPICC frameworks and AI-enhanced sales execution is essential.
