Role Overview
This position is responsible for scaling value within an established portfolio of enterprise clients across the DACH region, primarily in Germany. Rather than pursuing new customers, the focus is on expanding deployments across multiple sites, divisions, and operational use cases within current accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a defined set of existing enterprise customers, identifying opportunities for broader adoption
- Lead end-to-end expansion sales cycles, including cross-sell and upsell initiatives
- Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and executive stakeholders
- Uncover operational challenges related to asset performance, compliance, and cost efficiency, and align them with long-term commercial outcomes
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Product teams to deliver customer value
- Drive enterprise-wide standardization of platform usage across business units and locations
- Act as a strategic commercial partner throughout the customer lifecycle

- Strong track record in consultative, value-driven selling
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-departmental organizations
- Fluency in both German and English, with confidence in customer-facing settings
- Strategic account planning skills and commercial judgment
- Resilience and patience in long-cycle sales environments
Preferred Background
Experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, or asset-intensive sectors is highly advantageous.
Work Environment
This role supports a flexible remote or hybrid model, with travel across Germany and the DACH region as needed. The culture emphasizes autonomy, clear accountability, and direct access to leadership. Compensation & Benefits
Offer includes a competitive base salary with uncapped commission, performance-based incentives tied to expansion goals, and a standard benefits package. Equity is not part of the compensation structure.
