Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers in the small and midsize business sector
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels
- Initiate and manage sales conversations with decision-makers
- Present product capabilities in a way that aligns with customer needs
- Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Qualify leads based on fit and readiness to purchase
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead-generation strategies
- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to prospect requirements
- Address objections and provide relevant solutions
- Negotiate terms and close new business agreements
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Provide feedback from customers to internal teams
- Stay current on product updates and market trends
- Partner with customer success teams during onboarding
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities
- Use data to assess performance and adjust outreach tactics
- Follow established sales methodologies and best practices
- Support team initiatives to improve overall sales effectiveness
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in IT operations software
- Background in MSP or channel sales
- Familiarity with NinjaOne or similar platforms
- Sales methodology certification (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger)
- Existing network in the SMB technology space
