About the Role

Zyte is hiring an Account Executive - Outbound to spearhead new business acquisition and revenue growth by winning business in net new accounts. You will progress Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to closure and create opportunities through strategic outbound campaigns, joining our global, mission-driven team.

What You'll Do

  • Generate appointments via email, phone, social media, and networking to qualify and market Zyte solutions.
  • Proactively contact strategic prospects to create and win new business.
  • Use strong selling and influencing skills to gain customer commitment and close deals.
  • Provide prompt follow-up to all SQLs and properly document and track results.
  • Qualify customers with detailed questioning and score them internally.
  • Effectively forecast your new business pipeline using Zyte's MEDDPICC Sales Methodology.
  • Log, track, and maintain customer contact records to a high standard in the CRM.
  • Attend customer meetings and conferences where required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in an Outbound sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and activity quotas.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Strong deal closing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of analytical and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity, initiative, and commercial awareness.
  • Experience using sales analytics and funnel management techniques for productivity, visibility, and forecasting.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of data harvesting or web crawling.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS / PaaS Account Management or Sales position, specifically selling to Enterprise accounts.

Team & Environment

The team consists of a Head of New Business, a Business Development Rep (BDR), and a Solutions Architect (SA). You will work directly within this structure, reporting to the Head of New Business.
