Corebridge Financial is seeking an Account Executive / Inside Sales professional to serve customers remotely across the United States. In this role, you'll provide personalized life insurance information over the phone, using a consultative sales approach to match customers with suitable products—no cold calling or prospecting required, as leads come through inbound calls or online quote requests.
What You'll Do
- Conduct suitability analyses to match customers across the United States with the right life insurance products
- Establish rapport with clients and address objections effectively
- Articulate the company's value proposition using a consultative sales approach
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Build and maintain strong product knowledge in a fast-paced environment
- Achieve monthly production goals with minimal supervision
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record
- Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales calls, preferably in a call center
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in a Windows environment with keen attention to detail
- Ability to acquire a resident US state Life and Health license
- Must reside in a US state for licensing purposes
