Justworks is hiring an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle in the Miami territory. You will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline, prospecting, fostering relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to grow our presence in the small business community.
What You'll Do
- Manage your own book of business, building and managing an end-to-end sales pipeline from prospect to close to meet or exceed quotas.
- Establish a presence in your territory by researching the market, developing a marketing and networking plan, and building relationships.
- Proactively prospect for new business using market research, sales tools, and cold outreach.
- Gain a deep understanding of our value proposition and communicate it effectively to potential customers.
- Act as the voice of future customers, suggesting innovative ideas to generate sales and improve the overall experience.
- Serve as an ambassador for Justworks and its solutions, developing comprehensive knowledge of our product suite.
- Travel within the Miami territory.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Account Executive position.
- 1 year of experience managing a complete, consultative sales cycle and closing deals.
- Experience in lead generation for B2B in a high-velocity setting (e.g., SaaS, PEO, Fintech).
- Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, and/or ZoomInfo.
- Proven cold-calling experience.
- A hunter mentality dedicated to grabbing new prospects, netting new logos, closing deals, and delivering immediate results.
- Passion for sales and relationship-focused customer engagements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen and gather important information during sales calls.
- Ability to simplify complicated topics and explain them in understandable terms.
- Skill in applying creative solutions to a variety of issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoyment of entrepreneurial environments and the opportunity to build something meaningful.
- Ability to travel within the territory (25% travel) for networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Outreach.io and/or Hubspot, in addition to 6Sense and/or Hoovers/D&B.
