Telefónica España is seeking an Account Executive to join our team focused on the Industry, Services, and Retail sector. In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of assigned clients through direct, personalized engagement to drive commercial success and foster long-term loyalty.
What You'll Do
- Manage a client portfolio to achieve commercial objectives by analyzing client situations, detecting needs, and designing effective sales strategies.
- Prepare, coordinate, and present client Proposals and Offers within agreed timelines, ensuring all technical-economic requirements are met.
- Provide personalized client attention through periodic in-person visits, centralizing communication and following up on issues until resolution.
- Initiate service and equipment provisioning by registering orders in company systems and coordinating with internal teams.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Telefónica's products and services through ongoing training and self-study.
- Stay current on company commercial strategies and policy changes via regular meetings with leadership.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Madrid.
