About the Role

NICE Ltd. is looking for an Account Executive to focus on Financial Markets Compliance solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth within a designated territory by prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing Enterprise SaaS deals in Communications Compliance, Communications Surveillance, Trade and Market Surveillance, and Compliance Archive.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, implement, and maintain individual sales plans.
  • Uncover and create new opportunities within named accounts.
  • Create, drive, and close new business to achieve and exceed annual sales quotas.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, driving new relationships especially in the C-suite and with adjacent lines of business.
  • Own the customer experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Apply best practice sales methodologies and tools.
  • Use Salesforce for opportunity, campaign, and customer/opportunity management.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in the financial sector (sell-side or buy-side) with familiarity of associated regulatory requirements in EMEA.
  • Prior experience in sales and sales leadership of Financial Services Enterprise software (applications and services) within the sector.
  • 6+ years of successful sales experience selling complex, large-scale software solutions, directly and via partners.
  • Existing finance sector contacts and relationship management skills that build trust and credibility.
  • Ability to understand and position the value and benefits of NICE Actimize Compliance solutions.
  • Creative thinker who is commercially astute, energetic, highly motivated, and very organised.
  • Excellent sales competencies: presentation skills, negotiation, planning, and accurate forecasting.
  • Degree or MBA calibre required.

You'll be an Individual Contributor within the Financial Markets Compliance sales team, reporting to the Director, Sales.
