Celonis is hiring an Account Executive, Expand - Energy to deepen relationships within a portfolio of strategic accounts and drive significant growth. Based in Houston, you will be responsible for representing Celonis' full suite of solutions and owning an individual revenue target by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Deepen relationships within a portfolio of strategic Energy accounts and drive growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
- Represent Celonis’ full suite of solutions, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sustainability, and Opportunity Management.
- Own an individual revenue target, closing six-figure deals and driving upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with partners, including Big 4 consulting firms, other SaaS providers, and industry specialists.
- Lead and coordinate with a virtual team, including business development representatives, marketing managers, partner managers, sales engineers, customer success managers, and professional services teams.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in expanding wallet share, increasing adoption, and delivering upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer bases.
- A track record of building and maintaining trusted, long-term partnerships with senior decision-makers, including C-suite executives.
- Deep understanding of customer pain points and the ability to align Celonis’ solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with ease.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and leverage internal resources to achieve shared success.
- Experience working with consulting firms and enterprise technology partners to drive joint success.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-growth environment, bringing a creative and positive approach to challenges.
- Confidence presenting to and engaging with senior stakeholders through compelling storytelling and presentations.
