Game Strategies is hiring an Account Executive to drive our growth by cultivating new commercial relationships with enterprise accounts from the ground up. In this results-oriented role, you will be the advocate for our innovative game-based learning methodology within a dynamic, multicultural company.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities within your target market while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
- Prospect and acquire new logos, meeting challenging KPIs.
- Develop new commercial relationships with enterprise accounts entirely from scratch.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospection, demo meetings, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in new business development in B2B environments, ideally for an enterprise tech company.
- Native or bilingual communication skills in Spanish and working proficiency in English.
- A passion for talking, negotiating, and maintaining conversations with top stakeholders using a consultative approach.
- Enthusiasm for fast-paced environments and motivation to persevere through challenges.
- Exceptional hunting skills, critical thinking, and strong business acumen.
- Extreme organization, the ability to prioritize, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM.
