About the Role

Pure Storage is hiring an Account Executive to join our Enterprise team in Uzbekistan. As a Sales Hunter, you will be responsible for developing new business, working with channel resellers and key customer accounts to drive success in the Enterprise private sector.

What You'll Do

  • Promote all-flash enterprise storage technology solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to secure new customers.
  • Manage sales pipeline activities to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners to position Everpure.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to close deals consistently.
  • Surpass quotas, maintain a strong pipeline, and drive referenceable business.
  • Present proposals highlighting Everpure’s benefits.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong drive for sales and relationship building.
  • Experience with direct/indirect sales on Enterprise accounts.
  • Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
  • Advanced skills in engaging and prospecting new customers.
  • Goal-oriented attitude and desire to drive change.
  • Track record of exceeding quotas and maintaining a robust pipeline.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture.
  • Excellent time management and communication abilities.
  • 8+ years of field sales experience in Uzbekistan and the wider region.
  • Native/Bilingual in Uzbek and professional-level English language skills.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the Enterprise team, collaborating closely with Sales, Pre-sales, Partner sales, and Field Marketing teams.
