HireHawk is seeking a results-driven Account Executive (B2B) for our Canadian market. You will be responsible for converting inbound leads, executing outbound campaigns, and managing ongoing client relationships to drive revenue growth. This high-impact role focuses on booking qualified meetings, influencing business owners, and negotiating renewals.
What You'll Do
- Drive outbound prospecting (calls, LinkedIn, email) to secure 8–12 qualified meetings per month.
- Convert inbound leads into long-term client accounts through consultative sales.
- Influence U.S. SMB decision-makers to close deals and expand relationships.
- Manage renewals and negotiate upsells to increase account value.
- Ensure 95%+ CRM data accuracy for pipeline forecasting and reporting (Zoho preferred).
- Collaborate with recruiters to align candidate delivery with client hiring needs.
- Report weekly on pipeline health, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts.
- Represent the company with confidence in client presentations and negotiations.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales/account management with measurable revenue growth.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting (calls, LinkedIn, email) hitting 10+ qualified meetings/month.
- Experience selling to U.S. SMB clients with cultural fluency in U.S. business norms.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot) with a strong discipline for data accuracy.
- Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written) for persuasive selling.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate renewals and upsells.
- Stable wired internet (25 Mbps+) with a reliable backup connection.
Nice to Have
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, or outsourcing industries.
- Advanced use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Zoho automation tools.
- Background in SOP/process improvement for sales efficiency.
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior sales reps.
- Exposure to strategic planning/business development input.
