Job Responsibilities - Disseminate Pure Storage's streamlined all-flash enterprise storage technologies and data solutions, ensuring comprehensive customer understanding of our total value proposition - Continuously achieve industry-leading customer satisfaction by investing in and cultivating strategic customer relationships - Lead teams toward goal achievement, develop account strategies, leverage internal resources, and acquire new customers - Drive and manage robust sales pipelines, guaranteeing quarterly and annual target attainment or exceeding expectations Role Requirements - Genuine passion for engaging with Japanese manufacturing industry customers, understanding their business challenges, with minimum 3 years of account sales experience in manufacturing - Demonstrated thought leadership, creativity, and challenger mindset, utilizing customer insights and technological solution expertise to resolve sustainable challenges - Skilled prospector capable of opening new customer opportunities, passionately articulating Pure's solution benefits while seamlessly navigating executive and technical environments - Exceptional interpersonal skills in written and verbal communication, ability to build and deepen relationships - Proficient in territory management, strategic evaluation, planning, and account development to maximize revenue and efficiency - Expertise in managing complex sales processes across multiple stakeholders while fostering internal and partner teamwork - Consistent track record of quota achievement and referral business generation - Commitment to post-sales customer success - Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience focusing on new logo acquisition or business development - Bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English What We Offer: - Pure Innovation: Celebrating critical thinkers and challenge-embracing trailblazers - Pure Growth: Providing space for meaningful professional development - Pure Team: Collaborative environment prioritizing collective success We offer comprehensive benefits including flexible time off, wellness resources, and team events.
