About the Role

Lucid Software is hiring an Account Executive to lead strategic business growth for new and current Lucidchart and Lucidspark customers within an assigned territory. You will create business value across multiple personas, from initial qualification through to closing sales opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge on the features, benefits, and application of Lucid Suite offerings.
  • Understand the competitive landscape within your assigned book of business.
  • Demonstrate a relentless hunter mentality to direct outbound lead sourcing.
  • Identify new opportunities across net new and existing customers.
  • Generate and close new pipeline across business segments and verticals through prospect engagements including cold calling, emailing, demos, negotiations, and marketing activities.
  • Effectively manage a book of accounts, create reliable forecasts, and work with management to close open pipeline to achieve sales quota.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • This position is hybrid, combining remote work with in-person collaboration at our Raleigh, NC office two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday).

Nice to Have

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high-level business in a competitive sales environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales acceleration tools such as Outreach, Groove, and Zoominfo.
  • Ability to lead potential clients to an understanding of applicable options or solutions while demonstrating how features and benefits match their needs.
  • Maintains clean Salesforce hygiene.

Team & Environment

You will work hand-in-hand with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure renewals, drive expansion, and foster continual customer engagement.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid role based in Raleigh, NC, requiring in-office collaboration two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday).
