Stable is hiring one of our first Account Executives to spearhead our sales-led motion and grow revenue. You will be instrumental in scaling our sales efforts by optimizing our inbound funnel and building our outbound motion from scratch.
What You'll Do
- Improve our inbound sales motion by iterating on the existing funnel to optimize and scale our sales efforts.
- Build our outbound sales motion from the ground up, developing sales goals, playbooks, and processes to convert mid-market customers.
- Ensure customer success and growth by working with cross-functional teams to develop our sales growth engine, track high-value customers, and identify upsell opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or Account Executive role.
- Previous experience working at a B2B startup (seed to Series C stage).
- Broad experience in all sales areas, with strong depth in some of these: cold outreach, email/lifecycle marketing, sales management & conversion rate optimization, sales ops and analytics.
- Proficiency in a full-stack of sales and analytic tools such as Hubspot, Webflow, Google Analytics, Metabase, Customer.io, or similar.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a drive to run experiments to test and validate what works.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and confidently close deals.
