Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, product demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound efforts and inbound leads.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations of Fiona, tailored to the needs of dental practices and groups.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction.
  • Track and forecast pipeline, activity, and results using our CRM.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Represent Flossy at industry events and conferences to expand brand presence and build relationships.
  • Provide market and customer feedback to Product and Leadership to help shape our roadmap.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, or related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong presentation and demo skills, especially with non-technical buyers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build processes from the ground up
  • Self-starter with high energy and a passion for helping customers succeed
