Kofile Inc. is hiring an Account Executive to drive revenue growth across our commercial printing and dealer network bindery services. You will expand market presence, lead sales strategy, collaborate on product development, and manage key partner accounts.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and margin goals.
- Expand sales in commercial printing and dealer network bindery services through proactive efforts in untapped markets.
- Identify growth opportunities in current customers, dealer networks, and emerging markets.
- Work closely with product development to create product solutions that will aid new revenue generation efforts.
- Serve as primary liaison for top commercial and bindery clients.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and pricing in coordination with CSR, procurement, and production teams.
- Negotiate and manage reseller and/or partner agreements.
- Represent the company at relevant industry events and trade shows.
- Track and report sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline activity.
What We're Looking For
- 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Entrepreneurial attitude toward new business acquisitions.
- Comfort with sales dashboards, KPIs, and reporting (Excel/BI tools).
- CRM proficiency.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Travel up to 25% to attend trade shows, customer visits, and occasional evenings/weekends.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Printing, manufacturing, or bindery experience.
