Keller Executive Search is representing a remote-first creative agency looking for an Account Director - Creative Services to serve as the strategic backbone of its Italian office. This role is the primary relationship holder for European automotive clients, leads local operations in Milan, and drives regional business expansion.
What You'll Do
- Lead the entire campaign journey from strategic planning and creative development through production and final handoff.
- Build and nurture senior-level client partnerships across several European automotive accounts as the main point of trust.
- Oversee financial and commercial workflows with client procurement teams, including preparation, negotiation, and sign-off of documentation.
- Function as the operational lead of the Milan office, setting priorities and ensuring coordination with the wider global team.
- Convert client briefs into well-defined scopes, timelines, and executable plans for internal creative, production, and social teams.
- Proactively seek out and cultivate new business opportunities using your professional network to drive revenue growth.
- Manage coordination with international market teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and appropriate support.
- Serve as a cultural and professional link between the European operation and US-based leadership.
- Align cross-functional internal teams to deliver all outputs on time and at the highest quality.
- Oversee website management, brand identity initiatives, and social media efforts as part of integrated client service.
Team & Environment
You will be the operational lead of the Milan office, coordinating with a wider global team, and will report directly to US-based leadership.
