Kellanova is looking for an Account Developer to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for developing our brands in Distribution for the Traditional Channel, finding and developing new commercial opportunities, and providing financial leadership and support to Sales teams. This role is based in Veracruz, Mexico.
What You'll Do
- Manage distributors to achieve volume objectives with different clients.
- Travel 35 routes to visit clients, close new deals, and generate commercial alliances.
- Train our team in best practices, new strategies, and product displays.
- Implement new commercial plans and strategies across the region.
- Analyze and interpret commercial data to ensure strategies are implemented consistently in the field.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of related work experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
