Remote Talent LATAM is hiring an Account Coordinator to support our Enterprise Success Manager in ensuring large accounts run seamlessly. This highly tactical, customer-facing role requires strong systems thinking, precision, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Support project planning between the Enterprise Success Manager, customer stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Manage calendars, schedule calls via tools like Calendly and Google Calendar, and track milestones in project management systems like Asana.
- Hold internal and external stakeholders accountable to agreed-upon deadlines.
- QA customer templates before upload, checking phone numbers, QR codes, formatting, and more.
- Upload, edit, and organize templates in systems such as Canva and Google Drive.
- Create design briefs and process documentation for customer campaigns.
- Manipulate customer-provided data in Excel/Google Sheets using functions like VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
- Standardize customer files to match internal templates and export to CSV as needed.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and OpenAI to assist with light data manipulation and formatting.
- Track stakeholder lists, communication plans, and campaign spend across brands.
- Maintain brand-specific content libraries and campaign assets in Google Drive.
- Document meeting takeaways and ensure tactical deliverables are followed through.
- Create trackers in Google Sheets/Docs to improve team visibility and customer accountability.
- Assist with campaign setup tasks, QA, and launch coordination.
- Become a power user of the LettrLabs platform to set up campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and support customers.
- Ensure all creative assets and data files are correct and ready for execution, escalating blockers quickly.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years in account coordination, operations, or administrative support.
- Hyper-organized and detail-obsessed, able to spot inconsistencies quickly.
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Canva, Asana, Calendly, and Google Calendar.
- Proficient with AI technologies like ChatGPT, OpenAI, and other AI productivity tools.
- Proactive, clear communicator who flags risks early and over-communicates milestones.
- Excellent written and spoken English, comfortable communicating directly with U.S. teammates and interpreting instructions without ambiguity.
- Comfortable engaging directly with enterprise customers to schedule calls, clarify requirements, and ensure accountability.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, highly organized, and able to manage multiple deliverables across accounts.
- Must reside in a Latin American (LATAM) country.
- Resume must be submitted in English.
