Senior Manager – Global Communications & Advocacy – Midscale & Economy Brands
Scope: Social Media & Influence – Paid, Owned, Earned for key hospitality brands
Reporting to: Senior Director, Global Communications & Advocacy
Location: Global Headquarters
Type: Permanent, full-time (3 days at HQ, 2 days remote)
Role Purpose
Lead the continuous social media ecosystem and strategic campaigns for multiple hospitality brands at a global level. Operationalize brand platforms through creator-driven content, amplification strategies, and cross-regional deployment, ensuring cultural relevance, performance, and comprehensive marketing connectivity.
Collaborate with agencies, regional teams, creators, and hotel teams to deliver impactful brand storytelling while driving engagement and optimizing performance across owned, earned, and paid channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management (Always-On)
- Develop monthly editorial calendars
- Ensure platform-native content
- Maintain brand consistency
- Review and validate content formats
- Coordinate publication workflows
- Provide performance optimization guidelines
2. Campaign Deployment
- Co-lead creative campaign orchestration
- Translate campaign narratives into platform-relevant assets
- Ensure cross-market consistency
- Manage usage rights and production follow-up
- Coordinate multi-wave editorial calendars
3. Creator & Influence Management
- Identify and brief global content creators
- Optimize creator selection
- Manage usage rights and amplification
- Support production and review user-generated content
- Coordinate regional creator involvement
4. Regional Coordination
- Provide guidelines and content resources
- Support local amplification efforts
- Assist markets in creator selection
- Consolidate feedback from global regions
5. Paid Media Collaboration
- Align targeting and strategy
- Validate creative assets
- Monitor advertising impact
- Support efficiency optimizations
6. Content Quality & Governance
- Participate in creative reviews
