Construction & Property Group – UK is seeking an ABA Credentialing and Billing Specialist to manage a dual-function role critical to our operations. You will oversee the complete credentialing lifecycle for our ABA clinicians while also handling their insurance billing processes, ensuring seamless service delivery and strict compliance.
What You'll Do
- Manage the credentialing and re-credentialing process for ABA therapists through various insurance payers, ensuring all documents are completed and submitted accurately and on time.
- Utilize platforms like CAQH and payer portals to facilitate practitioner enrollment and maintain up-to-date records.
- Process and submit insurance claims, verify patient insurance coverage, and resolve billing inquiries or discrepancies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clinicians on credentialing status and billing matters, providing timely updates and support.
- Use billing and credentialing software effectively, entering and updating information accurately in real-time.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in credentialing and/or billing within the ABA or healthcare field.
- Strong understanding of ABA billing practices, insurance reimbursement, and credentialing guidelines.
- Proficiency with credentialing databases, billing software, and EMR systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for liaising with practitioners and insurance providers.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a remote team.
- Knowledge of state licensure requirements and accreditation standards for ABA providers.
