Northwest Center is looking for a dedicated partner to provide sighted assistance and accessibility support for a Program Delivery Manager in technology. You will proactively collaborate to anticipate and mitigate workplace barriers, empowering your colleague to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Build a strong partnership to understand and empower the employee.
- Clearly and professionally communicate visual cues and descriptions.
- Create and reformat all documents into accessible formats.
- Maintain and support an electronic document filing system.
- Support daily tasks like note-taking, administrative assistance, creating visual graphics, interpreting visual cues, and building presentations.
- Proactively anticipate and address barriers, reprioritizing tasks based on the employee's needs.
- Grow your knowledge of accessibility tools and practices through self-research, workshops, and professional networking.
What We're Looking For
- Strong administrative skillset.
- High attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with an in-depth understanding of Microsoft 365, PowerBI, and Dynamics.
- Digital Accessibility knowledge.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
Nice to Have
- One or more years of experience in a direct service, disability-focused human services field.
- Experience working with people who are visually impaired or blind.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CoPilot.
- Experience in administrative assistance, knowledge of accessibility tools/software, and/or programming languages.

- Starting Wage Range: $29.16 - $32.40 per hour | Full Wage Range: $29.16 - $35.64 per hour.
