Steuerberatung Sandra Baum is hiring a Steuerfachangestellte (m/w/d) to join our modern practice in Mönchengladbach. You will take on independent financial accounting, client care, and contribute to improving our digital workflows in a supportive, small team environment.
What You'll Do
- Take over ongoing financial bookkeeping independently and structured.
- Act as the direct point of contact for clients, from tradespeople to online shops.
- Prepare tax returns and year-end financial statements.
- Contribute ideas and help develop the firm's digital processes.
What We're Looking For
- Completed training as a Steuerfachangestellte/r.
- Hands-on experience with DATEV software.
- Strong organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and a good instinct for client communication.
Nice to Have
- An interest in digital workflows and process optimization.
