Government Market Strategies is hiring a Business Analyst focused on Clinical Operations and Clinical Quality. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting workflows related to utilization management, care management, population health, and system configuration. You will translate operational concepts into clear documentation and process maps to support our government healthcare clients.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients to gather operational and functional requirements, documenting processes, dependencies, and decision points in real time.
• Review documentation to ensure alignment with contract or program requirements, including policies and procedures, requirements documents, clinical policy documents, user stories, test results, and benefits.
• Review benefit policy and procedure documents for accuracy and incorporate updates into requirements documentation.
• Collaborate with proposal teams to develop storyboards and solution frameworks aligned to government RFPs and program requirements.
• Participate in internal kickoff meetings, brainstorming sessions, and review cycles to refine solution narratives and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), internal playbooks, staffing models, and other pre- and post-award materials.
• Serve as the central point of contact for assigned projects, facilitating communication between clients, internal teams, and vendors.
• Assist with the development of SOPs, internal playbooks, and proposal content to support contract growth or onboarding.
• Support general administration and compliance oversight, including reporting and quality control.

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders and translating client requests into business-friendly documentation.
• Experience facilitating meetings, taking detailed notes, and capturing follow-up tasks and dependencies.
• Strong time management, task tracking, and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• Clinical familiarity or experience preferred (does not have to be a clinician).
• Previous experience in healthcare delivery, healthcare coding, or system configurations.
• Previous healthcare experience; government healthcare or TRICARE experience highly preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary range: $95,000 to $135,000 per year.
