Nacar is looking for an Account Executive to drive revenue growth by generating new business and managing strategic client relationships. You will present tailored consulting and technology solutions in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within target industries.
- Execute outbound outreach through calls, emails, and social selling to build pipeline.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation.
- Serve as the primary client point of contact to ensure satisfaction and build long-term partnerships.
- Understand client needs and propose solutions aligned with their business goals.
- Partner with consulting and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in a CRM system.
- Report key sales metrics and insights to leadership.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in consulting, SaaS, or technology.
- A proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under pressure.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling consulting services, SaaS, or AI/technology solutions.
- Knowledge of digital media and marketing optimization.
- Comfort with outbound prospecting and managing enterprise-level deals.
