Nacar is looking for an E-commerce Assistant to play a key role in executing and optimizing our digital strategy. Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, you will help manage day-to-day site functionality, implement new features, and support programs aimed at driving revenue and elevating the customer experience as part of our small, entrepreneurial team.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day website operations to ensure alignment with the marketing calendar, including updates for product launches and campaigns.
- Implement all Shopify content updates, including new product listings, pre-launch pages, and homepage changes.
- Run QA testing for all site updates and conduct regular accessibility audits.
- Assist in launching new e-commerce initiatives, platform integrations, and optimization tools.
- Help maintain project plans contributing to conversion and AOV improvements.
- Implement and test sitewide promotions, gift-with-purchase offers, and campaign assets.
- Coordinate with the Creative team to submit and manage requests for website assets.
- Execute day-to-day management of e-commerce platforms and the Affiliate Program.
- Optimize listings, campaign participation, and merchandising to support growth.
- Partner with the e-commerce manager and agencies to ensure campaign alignment.
- Support the Affiliate Program through daily execution tasks, including managing editor orders and discount code approvals.
- Maintain performance trackers for KPIs such as conversion rate, sessions, and AOV.
- Prepare reporting for manager review and surface anomalies or trends.
- Assist in building documentation and SOPs to support scalable digital workflows.
- Serve as the point of contact for our development agency, managing the ticketing system and QA of enhancements.
- Maintain internal documentation and project management boards for development projects.
- Partner with Customer Experience and Operations teams to resolve issues related to orders, fulfillment, or product visibility.
- Act as a key liaison for e-commerce-related troubleshooting and cross-functional alignment.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital merchandising, or a related role.
- Prior experience with Shopify Plus and e-commerce platforms/tools/SaaS products.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in monitoring key performance metrics and using data to drive decisions.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting digital campaigns, merchandising strategies, and product launches.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with cross-functional collaboration ability.
- Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable mindset; willing to learn and support team success.
- Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial team with a passion for clean beauty and customer experience.
