Octopus Energy Group is looking for a 3PL Manager to lead our relationships with third-party logistics providers. This role is central to ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly, cost-effectively, and meets the high standards our customers expect.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and oversee all third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships across the UK.
  • Monitor and drive 3PL performance against key service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and ensure supply chain readiness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve operational issues and escalations with 3PL providers promptly.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a logistics, supply chain, or 3PL management role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive performance.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with external partners.
  • Deep understanding of UK logistics networks and warehouse operations.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Work Mode

This role operates on a hybrid basis and is open to candidates based anywhere in the UK.
