Octopus Energy Group is looking for a 3PL Manager to lead our relationships with third-party logistics providers. This role is central to ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly, cost-effectively, and meets the high standards our customers expect.
What You'll Do
- Manage and oversee all third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships across the UK.
- Monitor and drive 3PL performance against key service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
- Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and ensure supply chain readiness.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve operational issues and escalations with 3PL providers promptly.

- Proven experience in a logistics, supply chain, or 3PL management role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive performance.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with external partners.
- Deep understanding of UK logistics networks and warehouse operations.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Work Mode
