Remote Recruitment is hiring a 360 Recruitment Specialist to join a forward-thinking, tech-enabled team. You will build and manage your own recruitment desk, specializing in international markets for ERP, HRIS, and Healthcare business systems across the UK, Europe, and US.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage your own recruitment desk within an international niche market.
- Proactively develop new business through outbound sales, networking, and strategic market engagement.
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle — from client acquisition to candidate placement and aftercare.
- Develop long-term, consultative relationships with clients and candidates.
- Work closely with internal marketing, operations, data, and finance teams to enhance business success.
- Leverage industry-leading technology to streamline admin tasks and focus on revenue-generating activity.
- Continuously meet and exceed activity, revenue, and placement KPIs.
- Stay up to date with trends in the ERP, HRIS, and Healthcare systems markets.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in 360 recruitment or B2B sales with a strong business development component.
- Proven ability to generate new business and manage client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven with a hunger for success.
- Must have access to a laptop and reliable, high-speed internet.
- A quiet, professional home-working environment.
- Ability to work UK business hours.
