Lidl Poland is offering a 3-month summer internship in our Fresh Goods Department, focused on assortment analysis. You will gain practical experience and complete an independent project while contributing your fresh perspective to our organizational culture.
What You'll Do
- Complete an independent project focused on assortment analysis.
- Analyze sales data and availability of key fresh and ultra-fresh articles like bread, fruit, and vegetables.
- Support building and preparing cyclical sales reports that provide key data for current merchandise decisions.
- Recommend process optimizations and best actions based on your analysis.
What We're Looking For
- Current student status or a graduate up to 30 years old.
- Knowledge of English and/or German at a minimum B1 level.
- Good knowledge of the Google Workspace environment, especially Sheets, Slides, and Apps Script.
- A result-oriented mindset and readiness for change.
- An entrepreneurial attitude and proactivity.
Nice to Have
- Currently in your 4th or 5th year of study.
- First professional experience.
- Activity at university and/or outside, such as in student organizations, scientific clubs, or student government.

You will be joining the Fresh Goods Department, where you will work on impactful analysis that influences merchandise decisions.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: 5,120 to 5,888 PLN gross/month. This is based on an Internship Agreement for a full-time, 3-month internship with a rate of 32 PLN/hour gross, dependent on hours worked.
