As a 2D/3D Technical Drafter, you will play a key role in translating design concepts into actionable technical documentation. Working remotely in support of the Singapore-based team, you will develop shop drawings, as-built plans, and construction-level details that align with project specifications and on-site requirements.
What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for generating and revising technical drawings, ensuring they meet both design intent and practical installation needs. This includes verifying measurements against actual site conditions, preparing accurate material cut lists, and supporting procurement through precise documentation. You will review incoming plans from consultants and contractors, clarifying discrepancies and implementing necessary updates. Timely submission of weekly progress reports and close coordination with internal teams are essential to keep projects moving smoothly.
Requirements
- Proficiency in CAD platforms including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, with hands-on experience in large-scale hospitality builds
- Strong skills in Enscape for rendering high-fidelity visuals from SketchUp models
- Experience with parametric 3D modeling in Revit or Rhino
- Familiarity with Generative Design and AI-driven workflows in Revit or Rhino
- Competence in Photoshop and Illustrator for documentation refinement
- Educational background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field
- 2–3 years of drafting experience with a focus on accuracy and analytical thinking
- Fluent in written and spoken English for regional collaboration
- Ability to work autonomously while meeting strict deadlines
- Highly detail-focused, organized, and committed to clean, structured workflows
Preferred Skills
Experience with Finch for Revit is considered a plus and may enhance your contribution to project efficiency.
