This critical position supports our user acquisition efforts, requiring collaborative creativity across multiple advertising platforms and campaign formats. Key Responsibilities - Develop 2D banner and motion advertisements for various digital platforms including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube - Monitor and integrate emerging Instagram and TikTok visual trends, emphasizing precise timing and dynamic video content - Utilize AI tools for image generation - Actively participate in creative team discussions and contribute original conceptual ideas Qualifications - Minimum 3 years experience as 2D Graphic and Motion Designer - Advanced proficiency in Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) - Comprehensive skills in static and motion graphic design - Fundamental understanding of color theory, composition, and typographic principles - Robust comprehension of video animation mechanics, including timing and spatial dynamics - Expertise in AI image generation and prompt engineering - Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking - English communication skills at B2 level - Comprehensive portfolio showcasing 2D banner and motion design work Nice to Have - Deep understanding of contemporary TikTok creative trends - Current awareness of AI technological developments Location Our organization operates within the Central European Time zone.
