U-Haul invites driven students to join the Community Branch Internship Program, a 10-week winter internship at the Pittston Bypass location. This role is centered on customer service and professional development within Retail Banking, offering direct exposure to bank culture and community initiatives. Interns receive priority consideration for full-time opportunities upon graduation.

What You'll Do

Play a key role in Customer Relationship Management through proactive outreach and servicing.
Identify financial needs of customers and present appropriate options.
Onboard new customers and establish trust with existing customers.
Service customers to gain a fundamental understanding of Retail Banking.
Complete duties and responsibilities of an entry-level professional nature specific to your assigned area.
Ensure activities adhere to established internal policies and external regulations.
Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls.
Design, implement, maintain, and enhance internal controls to mitigate risk.
Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of audit points.
Complete other related duties as assigned.
