Allara is looking for a 1099 Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive and empathetic virtual care. In this role, you will conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits for women, managing both chronic and acute health needs.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high standards of care.
- Complete required trainings and adhere to company policies and best practices.
- Promote preventative care and overall well-being through education and evidence-based strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week, including consults, prescribing medications when appropriate, and providing necessary medical guidance.
- Handle charting, address patient questions, and respond to administrative tasks and messages.
What We're Looking For
- Active national board certification as a WHNP, FNP, or similar.
- Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health, treating conditions like PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity.
- Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider with strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity and compassion.
- Strong ability to connect with patients virtually and provide empathetic care.
- Dedication to delivering treatments grounded in the latest research.
- High proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and tools such as EMR, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling platforms.
- An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state.
