Array Behavioral Care is looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide high-quality teletherapy services in a 100% remote role. You'll deliver care through a HIPAA-compliant platform as a W2 employee, serving patients across California.
What You'll Do
- Provide video-based behavioral health assessments with patients.
- Assist with de-escalation and stabilization.
- Capture collateral information via phone or video from other sources.
- Analyze psychological and psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships.
- Provide written recommendations for the next level of assessment or care.
- Maintain all clinical documentation.
- Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for all.
- Maintain all required certifications and licenses.
What We're Looking For
- PMHNP certification.
- Active state license in California.
- 1-3 years of experience since obtaining your license.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with technology.
- Strong communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Established and updated CAQH profile.
