HERA Organics is looking for a 100% remote Account Manager to join our team. You will engage an English-speaking audience by proactively generating leads and building lasting client relationships. This role thrives on outbound activity and requires a self-motivated professional.
What You'll Do
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone and email.
- Generate your own leads.
- Schedule and manage your own appointments.
- Build strong relationships and earn the trust of potential clients.
- Provide information about our organization.
- Regularly evaluate your activities and results to help improve our processes.
What We're Looking For
- Availability for approximately 32 hours per week.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and goal-oriented.
- Experience in B2B.
- Experience generating quality leads.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
- Desktop or laptop computer with at least 2GB RAM, a Dual-Core 2GHz processor, and a webcam.
- Headset with an external microphone.
Nice to Have
- Experience in account management, telemarketing, or a similar role.
