Voxidea is seeking a Bilingual Paralegal to join our team supporting a US law firm. This fully remote role involves assisting attorneys with legal tasks, client communication, and case management. The ideal candidate is a proactive legal professional based in Latin America.
What You'll Do
- Manage a substantial caseload, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with clients in English and Spanish.
- Assist attorneys with legal memo writing, research, and preparing immigration and other legal forms.
- Adhere to firm policies to ensure the best outcome for clients.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and senior legal assistants to meet deadlines.
- Analyze case strategies and conduct research for optimal outcomes.
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and clarity.
What We're Looking For
- At least two years of experience as a legal assistant or law clerk.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Can work independently on multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Permanently resides in Latin America.
- Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection.
