What You’ll Do
- Act as the main liaison between executives, internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Coordinate and prioritize executive calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel logistics.
- Track expenses and generate clear, accurate reports on a recurring basis.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly, ensuring accurate information and consistent service quality.
- Document meeting discussions and support preparation of client-facing materials.
- Maintain digital records and ensure efficient information management.
- Oversee office inventory and assist with billing, invoicing, and social media tasks as needed.
- Plan and coordinate virtual or in-person networking events for clients and team members.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience supporting C-level leaders or in client-facing administrative roles.
- Fluency in both English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, written and spoken.
- Strong organizational abilities with a track record of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and common digital collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, discreet approach to sensitive matters.
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree; higher education a plus.
- Permanent residence in Latin America with reliable internet and a compatible laptop (2017 or newer).
