ABC Imaging is hiring a Print Shop Manager

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of the print shop
  • Manage and train staff to ensure efficient workflow
  • Coordinate with clients to understand print job requirements
  • Oversee the production process to maintain quality standards
  • Manage inventory of printing supplies and equipment
  • Ensure timely completion of print jobs
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Implement cost-effective solutions to improve operations
  • Prepare and manage the department budget
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators
  • Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular performance feedback to team members
  • Coordinate with vendors for supply procurement
  • Manage equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Implement quality control measures
