Responsibilities
- Greet customers and respond to inquiries about products and availability
- Demonstrate product features and provide accurate information to support purchasing decisions
- Assist in organizing and restocking inventory on sales floors
- Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment
- Operate point-of-sale systems to complete sales transactions
- Follow company guidelines for handling returns and exchanges
- Report customer feedback to management for service improvements
- Support visual merchandising standards set by leadership
- Communicate stock shortages or damaged items promptly
- Adhere to safety and security protocols in daily operations
- Assist with receiving and unpacking shipments
- Ensure pricing and signage are accurate and visible
- Promote loyalty programs and special offers to customers
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily objectives
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintain knowledge of current product lines and materials
- Follow dress code and behavioral standards
- Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
- Support store opening and closing procedures
- Monitor sales floor for security and safety issues
- Encourage repeat business through consistent service quality
- Track personal performance metrics as assigned
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors appropriately
