Voxidea is hiring a ClickUp Provisioner to build and maintain the operational systems that power our internal teams and client workflows. You will configure, optimize, and support scalable systems on the ClickUp platform, translating business needs into efficient technical setups.
What You'll Do
- Provision, configure, and maintain ClickUp workspaces, spaces, folders, lists, and dashboards.
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding within ClickUp.
- Design and implement workflow architectures, templates, forms, and automation rules.
- Troubleshoot ClickUp issues across tasks, automations, integrations, and user settings.
- Develop scalable system structures, hierarchy standards, and governance practices.
- Assess operational needs and translate them into optimized ClickUp configurations.
- Create documentation, SOPs, guides, and reference materials for ClickUp users.
- Support cross-functional teams by identifying workflow gaps and recommending solutions.
- Conduct regular audits of permissions, structures, and data integrity.
- Monitor integration setups (e.g., Slack, email, CRM tools) and maintain ongoing performance.
- Track ClickUp platform updates and proactively deploy new features to improve efficiency.
- Provide ongoing training and support to ensure high adoption and proper system usage.
What We're Looking For
- Experience provisioning and administering ClickUp or similar project management systems.
- Confidence building automations, templates, dashboards, forms, and complex workflow structures.
- Knowledge of SaaS administration, digital operations, and workflow optimization best practices.
- Comfort supporting multiple teams and managing diverse workload requests.
- Skill creating clear documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
- A proactive problem-solver who works independently, communicates effectively, and collaborates seamlessly within a remote team.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, especially related to process and system design.
Nice to Have
- Fluent proficiency in Spanish (bilingual preferred).
- Formal education in business administration, operations, systems, or a related field.
