What You'll Do
Oversee the installation and commissioning of elevators and escalators for both new constructions and upgrade projects throughout the Kyushu region. You’ll ensure every phase of the process meets strict safety, quality, and technical standards. Your work will begin with careful setup and extend through final inspections, guaranteeing reliable performance before handover.
You’ll collaborate directly with clients on-site, building trust through clear communication and professional conduct. Coordination with sales teams, project originators, and external partners is essential to keep timelines on track and operations seamless. Safety for passengers and fellow technicians remains a top priority in every task you perform.
Requirements
You should have a solid grasp of electrical and mechanical systems and be able to apply that knowledge practically during installation work. The ability to interpret technical drawings and perform necessary calculations is essential. A valid driver’s license is required, as travel to various job sites will be part of your responsibilities. You must be committed to safety protocols, including environmental, health, and on-site guidelines, and demonstrate a genuine interest in building a long-term career in this specialized field.

- Prior experience installing elevators or similar mechanical lifting systems
- Confidence in handling both electrical and mechanical components

Compensation
Monthly salary ranges from 224,000 to 400,000 yen, determined by experience, skills, and previous earnings. In addition, the company has demonstrated strong financial performance with a monthly salary increase rate of 4.3% based on current year results, and a year-end bonus equivalent to 6.39 months’ pay based on prior year outcomes.
Work Mode
This is a locally based position centered at the Kyushu Branch Office in Fukuoka, located on the 7th floor of the Panasonic Building, 1-2-13 Hakataekiminami, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka-shi. Some travel is required depending on project demands, with assignments varying across the region.
