What You'll Do
Drive revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities in alignment with strategic growth goals. Use market insights and competitive analysis to expand presence in target sectors.
Engage property developers, contractors, and design firms to assess project needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions. Partner with technical teams to design customized systems, prepare cost estimates, and finalize specifications.
Present technical proposals that clearly communicate value, performance, and energy efficiency. Build lasting client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment between customer objectives and solution capabilities.
Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, and project delivery teams to ensure timely execution. Monitor contract fulfillment and payment collection, maintaining accurate records in the company’s sales management system.
Requirements
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Apply sales principles to guide customers through decision-making and secure project commitments
- Translate customer needs into effective technical solutions in collaboration with support teams
- Communicate persuasively, both verbally and in writing, to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills
- Analyze financial data, including cost structures, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes
- Work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality
- Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HVAC, Building Environment and Equipment Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field
- Minimum of three years of experience in industrial product or technical solution sales
